We are showcasing the members of the Lansingburgh High School Class of 2023 with Senior Spotlights! We will update this page throughout the remainder of the school year. For examples of Senior Spotlights, see last year's submissions here.

How to Submit a 2023 Senior Spotlight

The Senior Spotlight Submission Google Form was sent to all Class of 2023 Seniors and their families using ParentSquare. If you need it sent to you again, please email abogert@lansingburgh.org and we will send it over. Seniors may have parents/guardians submit their forms on their behalf if they wish.

Absolutely one of the best things that I could have done for myself was playing volleyball! It helped me mentally and physically.

Mr. Shuttleworth. He was always there to help me with my assignments and he helped me see many things more clearly in school and out of school. He is definitely the best teacher in Lansingburgh and I will always remember and appreciate everything he did for me. Also Mrs. Gardenier and Mrs. DeMarco, they were mother figures to me.

I will be going to school for my cosmetology license. I have always loved to do hair and I feel it is a good career choice for me.

There are many memories I've created and cherished and it's hard to choose my fondest, but I do know that the majority of those memories involved my friends Nicole, Olivia & Sophia. There's rarely a moment where we're not laughing (even if it gets us in trouble).

Coach Foard for always being someone I could rely on. I say this every time I talk about him, but I strongly believe that I wouldn't be who I am today if I never met him. Mr. Shuttleworth as well. He always has an inviting, positive attitude. From talks about music to discussing an essay I'm writing in a different class, every interaction I have with him is nothing short of intriguing.

My senior prom. I danced with my little sister and she cried on my shoulder, telling me how much she was going to miss me, but how she was proud of me for overcoming many obstacles. She said she was sad I was leaving, but happy that I am achieving the goals I set out to reach.
